Because FarisStockHub sells digital downloadable products, refunds are considered final.

Digital Product Policy

Once a digital asset has been downloaded, it cannot be returned. There is no refund for digital assets. Therefore, all purchases are considered final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be downloaded

• The wrong file was delivered

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Lack of technical knowledge to use the file

• Compatibility issues with third-party software

Refund Requests

Users must contact support if the refund is eligible along with:

• Order ID

• Description of the issue

• Screenshots or supporting evidence

FarisStockHub will review the request and determine eligibility.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that the content is appropriate for their intended use.
