Content License Agreement

This Content License Agreement governs how users may use digital assets purchased or downloaded from FarisStockHub.

License Grant

Upon successful purchase or authorized download, users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content according to the terms below.

Permitted Uses

Users may:

• Use content in personal or commercial projects

• Modify or adapt the content for creative purposes

• Use content in websites, marketing materials, advertisements, and social media

• Use content in printed products such as brochures or posters

Restrictions

Users may not:

• Resell or redistribute the original files

• Upload the assets to other stock marketplaces

• Share purchased files publicly or with third parties

• Claim ownership of the original content

AI-Generated Content

Some assets available on FarisStockHub may be generated or enhanced using artificial intelligence technologies.

AI-generated assets are provided as creative resources and may not be exclusive. Similar or identical content may be generated independently by other AI systems.

Users remain responsible for ensuring that the content is appropriate for their intended use.

Ownership

All assets remain the property of the original creator or FarisStockHub where applicable. Purchasing content grants usage rights but does not transfer copyright ownership.
